Self-persuasion is a powerful thing.
Discovering new beginnings, ideas and horizons (underline the applicable) while deserting the old tends to revoke our right for the ground underneath our feet and leave us vulnerable, timid, and full of unnecessary fatalism. Closure is something many long for to regain the sense of wonder, happiness, and, mainly, purpose. And while some are guided by the external hand, others persuade themselves in a Nietzchean approach of the "hand-made" purpose... this and other fun thoughts have been swirling in my mind.
You know when you have that one big project to finish and you are working on it for the whole day, and it's been lingering over you for months... and then you grab a couple of canvas and start two more smaller ones to keep the big one company in haunting you?... yeah, that's my Wednesday.
